Fee:
$48/hour for a private Pilates, Personal training session. Initial
visit includes a postural analysis & workout.
Private Package Discounts:
10 session package for $430, "Feel the difference",
expires 12 weeks from date of purchase. Make-ups available.
Refer a Friend: Receive
a free session if first 10 session "Feel the difference"
package is purchased.
Bring a Friend - Semi-Private Fee:
Enjoy semi-private instruction
at $35/hour/student. Initial visit includes a postural analysis
& workout.
Bring a Friend/ Semi-Private Package
Discounts: 10 session package
for $320/student, "Feel the difference", expires
15 weeks from date of purchase. Make-ups available.
Payment: by check, payable
to CoreFocused,LLC, cash or Credit/Debit cards: VISA/Mastercard/Discover
cards. Gift cards are available for purchase.
Hours of Operation: Monday
- Friday by appointment.
Cancellation
Policy: At least a 24-hour notice
is required for cancellations due to a scheduling conflict otherwise
you will be charged for your unattended session. Cancellation
due to sickness or bad road conditions has no time restrictions.
If you are ill, please stay home, if the roads are unsafe, please
stay home. I would appreciate a call when you are able.
Receipts Available: Most medical
reimbursement/before tax dollar programs recognize Pilates instruction
fees with an accompanying Doctor's recommendation.
