Prices:
$40/hour for a private Pilates, Personal training session
Payment: by check, payable
to CoreFocused,LLC or by cash. Payment can be by the month or
by the session. Sessions are by appointment only.
Cancellation Policy:
At least a 24-hour notice is
required for cancellations due to a scheduling conflict otherwise
you will be charged for your unattended session. Cancellation
due to sickness or bad road conditions has no time restrictions.
If you are ill, please stay home, if the roads are unsafe, please
stay home. I would appreciate a call when you are able.
