Jody Secules began practicing the STOTT PILATES®
exercise method and enjoying the Mad Dogg Athletics SPINNING®
program in the year 2000. She is a STOTT PILATES certified Instructor
in Matwork and also has trained in STOTT PILATES ISP (Injury and
Special Population) Training program and the Reformer Training program.
Jody is a certified SPINNING® instructor and is RED CROSS certified
in CPR/AED & First Aid. She received her B.S. in Electrical
Engineering at Lafayette College where she competed & captained
the Track & Cross-Country teams. She credits the STOTT PILATES
method with assisting her in the pursuit of a balanced body and
allowing her to continue participating in the sports that she loves
– running, biking, hiking, skiing and swimming. |

Jody believes in the many benefits of the STOTT PILATES,
Active Isolated Stretching and SPINNING exercise methods
and is eager to share them with others. She has taught
over 850 hours of Pilates mat/apparatus classes to people
of all ages from preschoolers to seniors. During the 2006-2007
Short Course season she had the pleasure of working with
her teenage children's swim team. In addition to teaching
group classes at local studios and gyms, Jody enjoys working
one-on-one in the private setting of her home studio in
Hollis, NH, outfitted with Pilates apparatus. Jody finds
great satisfaction in enabling her clients to become stronger
& more confident in their movement & how they
view themselves. She has helped a number of clients overcome
back issues by strenthening the core & improving posture.
Jody believes in a multi-faceted approach to health issues,
enlisting a team of health professionals and wellness
professionals when necessary. Jody & her husband and
two children like to pursue outdoor adventures together. |
